Family Libellulidae - Labial mask over mouth spoon-like and covers face almost to eyes (Fig. 1), mid-seam regular or with sawlike teeth (Fig 2). Overall appears similar to Figure 3.

Family Corduliidae - Labial mask over mouth spoon-like and covers face almost to eyes (Fig. 4), mid-seam with large irregular teeth (Fig. 5). General appearance like Figure 6.

Family Gomphidae - Labial mask not spoon-like but flat at side view (Fig. 7). Four segmented antennae with segment three (Fig. 8, black arrow) extended and segment four (Fig. 8, white arrow) reduced. Overall appearance like Figure 9.
